Responsibilities
Manage the programming and repair of a large-scale PBX network of Northern Telecom SL-1 Meridian PBX Network, peripheral voice equipment, Voice Mail, Call Accounting, Paging System and Meridian ACD platforms (Meridian Max and Symposium). Manage the daily completion of all PBX, voicemail and miscellaneous voice requests ensuring department service level agreements are maintained. The ability to handle isolation and resolution of PBX, paging, DTI/PRI trunk, Centrex and MBL (POTS) outages – provide solutions and quick resolve. Requirements
