RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking Direction from" or "working under the guidance" of Senior Developers. Create and assist in the evaluation of technical alternatives for complex applications. Develop creative solutions to address tactical and strategic initiatives for organizational objectives. Aid in the development of systems projects using the project life cycle. Collaborate with customers to define and develop systems solutions. Assist team members with development life cycle activities for IT applications. Recommend process and/or systems improvement, which will lead to improvement in applications and customer service. SKILLS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
