02718 - Oracle 11i Developer/Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Taking Direction from" or "working under the guidance" of Senior Developers. Create and assist in the evaluation of technical alternatives for complex applications. Develop creative solutions to address tactical and strategic initiatives for organizational objectives. Aid in the development of systems projects using the project life cycle. Collaborate with customers to define and develop systems solutions. Assist team members with development life cycle activities for IT applications. Recommend process and/or systems improvement, which will lead to improvement in applications and customer service. Continually build knowledge and proficiency in applications development and changes in technology. Maintain time reporting on projects and provide timely updates to project milestones.

SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work required. Experience with one or more of the following applications: ASP, XML, Oracle forms/reports, Java, HTML, VBScript, Cold Fusion, Lotus Notes Development, Domino, PL/SQL and Data Modeling. Knowledge of Oracle 11i applications a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills, along with exceptional analytical skills. Must be a self-motivated, team player that is task oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Good problem solving/decision making skills. Senior lead opportunity in a real time production environment. Hands-on technical Lead Designer who is working in this capacity on a large scale project from the beginning through production deployment. Must have 8-10 years of overall experience in software field with 3-4 years as a Lead Developer in J2EE platform using Java, Websphere, Relational database (DB2) and MQSI (MQ Series Middleware). Must have good understanding and hand on experience with SSO, security issues, communication issues and reporting issues at enterprise level in Internet and intranet.

04735 - Senior Oracle Application Support Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead, identify and manage work efforts for medium to large and complex projects. Provide immediate 2nd level support for the Oracle e-Business Suite, interacting daily with end users. Interface with users to gather and document functional and system requirements. Document requirements using standard Requirement Definition documents. Set up Oracle applications using standard methodology and best practices. Participate in the Quality Assurance and Testing process of various development projects. Provide weekly status reports, web statistics, bug fixes and other reports as necessary. Provide assistance and guidance to Application Developer 1. Recommend process and / or system improvement, which will lead to improvement in end users satisfaction and customer service. Contribute highly to and support the change control and testing phases of the PM methodology. Maintain time reporting on projects and provide timely updates to project milestones.

SKILLS:
Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work required. Minimum 7 years IT experience. Minimum of 3+ years using Oracle Applications: Inventory, Install Base, HR, TCA, OM, Contracts, CRM. One year experience with Oracle Financial Applications desired. Development experience with Java a plus Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into Application Requirements. Knowledge of Application development using HTML, JAVA, JSP, ASP, Oracle Forms, SQL. Knowledge of entire 11.5.9 Oracle 11i e-Business Suite applications a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational, project management, negotiation skills, and exceptional analytical skills.
