Who pays SPI's fee? |
All positions are employer fee paid. There is never a charge to you. All
we ask from you is your candid participation and communication in the search process. |

What happens to my resume when I send it to SPI? |
Once we receive your resume, we will review it, call you with any
questions or additional information, review your credentials against current assignments
for appropriateness. If there are specific opportunities that we think are appropriate, we
will call you to review them. We will not send your resume to an employer without talking
with you first. Our objective is to work with you in your best interest! |

How long will the process take? |
This will vary depending on what opportunities are available at any given
time and on your skills and search parameters. For non-management technical positions,
expect 30-60 days. For a management position, expect 45-120 days. |

What are search parameters? |
These are the variables that you want to consider during your search. All
variables will fall into four categories - company, position, location and compensation.
We will help you develop your "model of acceptability" as you begin your search. |

What can I expect from SPI? |

- Presentation of all appropriate opportunities.

What do I do if SPI presents an opportunity that I am
not interested in? |
Immediately let us know what questions or concerns you have about an
opportunity at any point in the process. Also, if something is of particular interest, let
us know that as well. Communicate your thoughts and feeling candidly so we can best
represent your interests. |
